Yuneec E-Go Cruiser Electric Skateboard Reviews
OK it doesn't hover...but it's as close as you can get. Goes as fast as you'd want and using the handheld controller to accelerate/brake which becomes intuitive after just a few rides. Being able to switch settings between turtle mode(limits speed) and sport mode very cool especially when every kid in the neighborhood wants to take it for a spin.
Basically like riding a skateboard on an endless hill..but with brakes...super sweet.
I've had this board about a month and it never gets boring. I'm 52 yrs old and haven't ridden a skateboard since I was a kid but it only took about 10 minutes to get back up to speed. Plenty of power and I really wouldn't want to go any faster, of course if your a speed demon just point it down hill. I actually pulled half the neighborhood kids on their skateboards and the E-GO didn't hesitate.
Fast delivery.
Fast delivery.
I've been everywhere with this board and it rules. I was just in Portland and it was great parking the car and touring around on the ego...so simple and saved money not using Uber. Very fast shipping.
Honestly at first I was afraid it was not fast enough. But when I got on the board, wow perfect top speed so much fun to ride, comfortable ride. Only thing I find it a bit heavy to carry around for long periods of time. Besides that everything about it is pretty good:)
Really didn't buy this board for the "fun factor", I purchased it to simply get to work without taking the bus. I gotta say, throwing on some music(I don't want to invent another way to get killed here so you still need to pay attention to your surroundings) and riding to work on a nice summer day can't be beat...except by leaving work and riding home of course. Nice to have a human to call with questions a plus and customer support helpful.
Bought the pro package because I paid an additional $100 for over $200 of accessories with the current deal. Shipped same day ordered. Great customer service. Recommended.
not for me...returned
I moved to Oregon with beautiful parks and I'm getting up in age so mid forties and thought I would like to try skateboarding and the ego is the perfect thing. I never skateboarded before and after 20 minutes on the beginner mode I was going everywhere around town picking up items from stores and putting it in my backpack I've taken it out on bike trails and this thing is really really well made and a blast to ride around. Thanks e-go for putting some great fun and adventure in my life
Too fun watching everyone double take when cruising by with leds lit up. Ordered this board Sunday received Tues. Called customer service with some questions, all good.
I haven't been on a skateboard since I was a teenager and was a little concerned that it would be difficult to ride but as it's a longboard it's super stable and I was comfortable riding within 10 minutes. The main thing is when using the throttle on the remote go nice and easy and avoid abrupt stops and starts. Definitely gets up to 12mph on level road but I think if you want to get the advertised range you'll need to budget your energy. I went on a 12 mile round trip ride to the beach and back which totally depleted my battery but I was on high speed for the most part. One issue is if you need to sync the board to the remote control follow the directions exactly or the board won't work. I ended up calling for help and Vince(very helpful) talked me through it.
Ultimate campus transport. Get's me to class quickly and easy to bring on bus if needed. Nice customer support from this seller when I had a few start up questions.
Big longboard, easy to ride...so easy you'll be very comfortable carving at it's highest speed. It seems so effortless you may forego a helmet as it seems like overkill...it isn't. I was tooling down the road flaking out and a dog ran in front of me causing me to wipe out almost knocking me unconscious...you don't quite get how fast your moving until you fall off your board. Have fun but be safe.
Got for Xmas. Love it. Just make sure your friends have one or they'll keep bugging you to ride yours.
